Monique Spence- The Vision Coach
I am the proud owner of Houston's premier staffing agency and professional consulting service, Spence Staffing LLC and Coaching solutions. I have 8 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industry. I began my career in 1991 in Financial Services and at the age of 26 became the youngest financial services officer with Bank of America at the time.
In 1996 I walked away from corporate America to pursue the Entrepreneurial dream of owning my own business, with Mary Kay, Inc. I built and maintained a successful business for 10 years as a Independent consultant and Sr. Sales director. During that time I earned a total of 5 cars totaling over $150,000 in cash value, in addition to trips and prizes. My highest check in one month was in excess of over $7000. I am most proud of the fact that I helped over 200+ women build a home based/internet business, by setting weekly and monthly goals. I coached and trained them on a weekly basis to believe in their God given abilities, to achieve anything they set their mind to.
In 2007 I transitioned into a career in the Staffing industry. Through applying my knowledge of sales, marketing and customer service, I've built a strong candidate and client base, achieving growth quarter over quarter and I have helped put hundreds of people to work in the city of Houston, Tx.
